Refund policy

  • All sales are final. If an item has not had a tracking update in 30 business days, a lost package form will be filed with the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier has concluded after their investigation that a package is lost/stolen, a full refund will be granted to the buyer
  • 99% of the time, orders are shipped within 10 business days. Under exceptional circumstances (such as a holiday), the order may require additional handling time.
  • International buyers are subject to their respective country's import taxes/fees. We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
